From 1960s Time Capsule to Fully Transformed

A little over a year ago, I was referred to the owner of 19939 Hemmingway Street, who lives out of state and needed someone she could trust to take charge here in Los Angeles. At the time, the home was a true 1960s time capsule and needed a complete renovation before it could be brought to market. I took on the project from beginning to end—managing the work, navigating the inevitable challenges and making sure every detail was handled on my client's behalf.
